What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. You can order as few as one piece with the same free design support and quality as a full team order.
How long does production take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 weeks from design approval. Rush delivery is available in 6–10 business days for qualifying orders.
Is rush delivery available before a tournament?
Yes. Rush orders can be completed in 6–10 business days. A 20% rush fee applies. Shipping is approximately $150. Our team will confirm availability before processing.
Are there design or setup fees?
No. Design support, revisions, and 3D proof are all free.
Can you add player names and numbers?
Yes. We add names, numbers, and sponsor logos using full sublimation printing at no extra setup cost.
What fabrics do you use?
We use Italian and Swiss performance fabrics exclusively — the same used in elite competition. No Chinese fabric alternatives.
